Library Update - Todd White
Home Office is creating a stand alone websites just for schools and
it will keep the history of their past orders. Awesome!
Home Office is doing large trade shows to get our brand awareness
out there. Leads collected are distributed to the sales team.
20 x20 room built for just cataloging library books. Dale Lawhead
heads up this activity for all of us.
EDC will be written on our school & library flyers from now on
rather than Usborne Books at Home
EDC signed up to do a major advertising campaign with "Home School
Link" - Leads will be filtered to sales force.

Technology - Craig White
The Ambassadors will help the IT department to prioritize
future projects for the benefit of the sales team.
This past year:
Smart Points introduced
Up-selling added to e-commerce sites
Re-writing the e-commerce sites which also ties in with the new
school & library site.
CIA site is committed to finishing the Beta Site but it is a great
to use already.
Working on direct deposit now!! (that got a huge cheer!)
