Color Coding on OrderPro Online:
We are constantly striving to improve customer
satisfaction and have implemented many changes over the past year to achieve
this goal. We place significant emphasis on inventory and having books in
stock. However, while our OS is relatively short, it still can be an
inconvenience to our customers.
An enhancement has been added to Order Pro and
OPOL to help with this situation. When ordering a product, three colors can
appear and they are defined as follows.
Red = Out of Print
(will not be able to add to an order). These are discontinued titles
that are no longer available.
Green = Out of
Stock for 7 calendar days or longer (will not be able to add to an order).
This is for titles that have been on the out of stock list for a minimum of
7 days and will not be available for a period of time. These cannot be
ordered.
Yellow = Out of Stock during the last seven days (can be added to an order).
The 7 calendar days allows for books going out of stock between the
customer ordering the book and the consultant transmitting the order.
This enhancement should help with customer
satisfaction if the consultant will use the OS list on the website which is
updated daily. Thanks for your cooperation as we continue to streamline our
operations for improved efficiency.
